Aisling Bea

Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian, who's been performing for a long time. She was born in Kildare, Ireland, on 16th March 1984. The comedian appeared on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March 1984) is a stand-up comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea began her stand-up comedy career in 2011after having appeared as a guest on a variety of Irish television shows and British series from 2009. Following 2012, she was being featured in sketch comedy programs, sitcoms, and other similar shows. Following her win during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began to appear regularly on numerous panel shows for which she has become a fixture. She's a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats since 2016, and she's one of the most popular contestants on the show's sister show 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Born to Brian O'Sullivan and his wife, she was blessed with one sister called Sinead. She became only the second female winner of So You Think You're Funny in 2012. Bea is her name in honor of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian died at the age of three. He was an equine veterinary. Bea wasn't told the particulars of his death before she reached the age of 13. Bea chose to stage her name Bea to pay tribute to her deceased father. She also wrote an article published in The Guardian on her family's suicide experience. Bea's mother Helen She is a trainer for jockeys as well as a former professional jockey, was the one responsible for raising her as well as Sinead. Their family was passionate about horses and races. As a young girl, Bea worked as an instructor in the Irish National Stud however she was aware from an early age that she was not keen on the sport of racing as a career and instead enjoyed performing.
