Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the character in seven seasons on AMC's time-travel dramatic Mad Men from 2007-2015. The role she played in Mad Men that garnered Christina Hendricks 6 Emmy Awards for her performance in the Best Supporting Actress category. In her career spanning over 20 years, she is famous for her role in the Kevin Hill comedy Kevin Hill series Another Period Crime Drama Tin Star comedy-crime Good Girls. The films include Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Her voice has been used in animation films like Toy Story 4, Scoob! and From Up on Poppy Hill. Prior to becoming acting, she had worked as a professional model. The first major role she played was in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers following which she also received appreciation for her role in the popular show Firefly. Esquire magazine ranked her as the most attractive female on the planet in America in 2010 and declared as the most sexy woman on the planet.
